Lifemark Seniors Wellness invites an Occupational Therapist to enhance client independence in Dunville, ON. This part-time role includes clinical assessments and equipment recommendations for optimal patient care.
In this part-time position, you will work 5 hours weekly, conducting clinical evaluations, including ADL assessments and specialized seating assessments. You'll collaborate with vendors for equipment trials and provide education to clients on independence, safety, and daily living activities. Additional responsibilities include evaluating restraint use, fall prevention, and maintaining client records per regulatory guidelines.
