Enhance patient recovery as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in the MSK/STAR Rehab Program. Engage in therapeutic activities and collaborate in interprofessional meetings for improved outcomes.
This role requires a diploma in Occupational Therapist Assistant or Physiotherapist Assistant. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team. You will be responsible for supervising students, conducting therapeutic activities, and maintaining vital clinical documentation throughout your shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct individual and group therapeutic activities for patients
• Supervise OTA/PTA students assigned to you
• Complete daily clinical documentation efficiently
• Monitor inventory of therapeutic and kitchen supplies
