Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee nurse team to deliver first aid and health services
• Ensure adherence to health regulations and documentation practices
• Support injured employees with follow-up care and evaluations
• Coordinate wellness initiatives and programs
• Liaise with external healthcare providers regarding claims
