Job Description
Drive change in occupational health and safety as an OHS Advisor focusing on compliance and training. Ensure a safer workplace by implementing effective OHS programs and fostering a proactive culture.
This role requires a strong background in occupational health and safety, with a focus on compliance with Quebec’s OHS legislation. You will conduct audits and design training programs while actively participating in OHS committees. Your responsibilities will include leading accident investigations and proposing safety improvements to enhance workplace practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance observations
• Design and deliver OHS training for employees and management
• Lead accident investigations and implement corrective measures
