This is an exceptional opportunity for a full-time Obstetrician/Gynecology Specialist to join a thriving medical community on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
Sechelt Hospital is a 32-bed acute care hospital serving the entire Sunshine Coast. It offers acute surgical, medical, gynecologic and obstetrical inpatient/outpatient services supported by laboratory, diagnostic imaging, rehabilitation and a 4-bed critical care unit. The hospital manages ~170 births per year and offers primary care obstetrical services with family physicians and midwives. The specialist service provides consultative obstetrical services, emergency and elective caesarean deliveries and has referral to larger tertiary sites for high-risk cases.
