Obstetrician/Gynecologist (200-1845)

Island Health has a full-time vacancy available at the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital for an Obstetrician & Gynecologist.

Applicants will hold, or be eligible for, certification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Obstetrics & Gynecology and be eligible for full licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia.

The successful candidate will participate in paid on‑call coverage with nine members (some part‑time) at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital (224 acute‑care beds) providing services to an immediate population of 125,000 and a secondary referral population of over 350,000. The successful candidate will have approximately one OR day per week.
