We are seeking an Observability Engineer with over 8 years of IT experience. Your role involves both infrastructure and application-level incident remediation, emphasizing financial services. You will implement observability as code, deploy monitoring solutions, and ensure comprehensive application instrumentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement observability architectures using Terraform
• Respond to incidents across personal and business banking platforms
• Instrument Node.js and .NET applications for observability
• Translate business needs into effective monitoring systems
• Diagnose root causes across distributed systems and databases
Requirements:
• Minimum of 8 years IT experience in observability roles
• Proficient in Dynatrace, ELK, Splunk, and PagerDuty
