Nurse Practitioner (NP) for Indigenous Health

The role focuses on serving urban Aboriginal communities and surrounding First Nations, integrating traditional and modern health practices to ensure well-rounded support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide health assessments, treatment, and follow-ups
• Manage chronic diseases in close partnership with clients
• Prescribe medication and oversee diagnostic testing
• Offer trauma-informed mental health services
