Job Description
Siloam Mission is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to provide compassionate care in the Medical Transitional Care Unit. This role addresses the diverse health needs of individuals experiencing homelessness.
As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, the Nurse Practitioner will focus on delivering trauma-informed and culturally safe care to residents facing complex medical challenges. Responsibilities include managing acute and chronic conditions while employing harm reduction strategies. This position plays an essential role in fostering health stability and supporting transitions to primary care for vulnerable individuals in Manitoba.
