Job Summary: Gray Birch is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team and oversee the delivery of exceptional resident care within our long-term care unit. This leadership role is responsible for managing clinical operations, supporting and developing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and resident-centered care.
