Job Description
Join CarePartners in North Bay as a Nurse Manager, leading the Community Nursing Health Services team. This full-time role combines coordination and supervision of nursing efforts.
This position requires an experienced Registered Nurse to provide effective management and coaching to field staff while developing Care Plans for Community Health Services. The Nurse Manager will maintain performance standards and lead health initiatives while also participating in the Branch Manager On-Call schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coach field Nurses within the team
• Develop comprehensive Care Plans in community health
• Ensure compliance with health profession regulations
