• Mon - Fri with evening and weekend rotation
• Open to 5 8-hour or 4 10-hour shifts
• Schedule 8 am - 5 pm or 8 am - 6 pm, Saturday 8 am - 1 pm
• 2-4 patients per hour with walk-ins accepted
• All-ages patient population except infants
• Family medicine experience required
• Women's health including birth control and IUDs
• Hospital privileges required
