We are seeking a Nurse Practioner (NP) to work at one of our partner facilities. Maxim Healthcare services is seeking a Full-Time Board Certified Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient clinic in Phoenix, AZ.-Outpatient Family Practice Clinic-ABFM MD (BC/BE) or FNP-Monday Friday 8:00am 4:30pm (30 minute lunch)-Or 4x10 7:30 am 6:00 pm (10-hour shift) with 30-minute unpaid lunch.-3-6 month assignment with a start date March-Requirements: BC/BE ABFM Active unrestricted state license, DEA unrestricted, BLS and ACLS-NP/PA must have 5 years of experience For additional information call Caroline at and email an updated CV to .
