Non-Medical Prescriber Substance Misuse

Hays are looking for an experienced Independent Non-Medical Prescriber / NMP (Substance Misuse) to work in Birmingham, West Midlands.Working hours are full time, Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm.Two positions are available, and the contracts are for 1 month initially but will very likely be extended.Pay rate £52 PAYE or £59 umbrella (no limitedpanies)In your role you will: Initiate prescribing of and/or make amendments to prescriptions of opiate and/or alcohol substitute treatments and other related medications.Take a lead role in developing the prescribing clinic, acting as a point of contact for other workers and partner agencies around prescribing issues.Essential Qualifications and ExperienceCurrent NMC registrationPrevious experience in NMP substance misuse role in a Drug Treatment service, Forensic, Prison or other similar backgroundStrongmunication and teamwork skills.**Please note we do not offer sponsorships**What you'll get in return Weekly paymentsHelp with revalidationFree CPD cour...
