Take on a fulfilling role as a Night Shift Freight Team Associate. Help maintain the store’s organization and safety while directly assisting customers with their needs.
This role requires you to stock and organize merchandise effectively, ensuring a visually appealing shopping experience. Operating forklifts and reaching equipment will be integral to your daily tasks. Uphold safety and communication standards while working collaboratively within your team to achieve goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Stock shelves to ensure 100% in-stock status
• Communicate for efficient inventory management
• Keep aisles clean and safe for customers
• Pack merchandise accurately and label appropriately
• Safely move freight from staging to sales floor
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in retail or distribution
• High school diploma or equivalent mandatory
• Ability to operate reach trucks and forklifts is a plus
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
