Title: NHG Manager in Training Program, NGIS Location: United States-Hawaii-Pearl Harbor Job Number: 2600003V Job Summary: Under the guidance of the NEXCOM Hospitality Group (NHG) Regional Vice President (RVP) and designated Training Coach, the incumbent will complete the Management in Training (MIT) curriculum and fulfill all on-the-job training requirements to achieve the technical and operational proficiency necessary to successfully perform in a leadership role as an Assistant General Manager (AGM) or General Manager (GM).
