to join our team on a hybrid work model in Airforce Base Multipurpose Market, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Key Responsibilities
Branch Leadership
– Oversee daily operations, loan origination, disbursement & collections to meet targets.
Portfolio Growth
– Manage loan portfolio quality, credit risk, and develop market strategies.
Team Management
– Train, supervise & motivate loan officers and field staff.
Compliance
– Ensure all operations meet CBN microfinance regulations and Yowec policies.
Client & Community Relations
– Build partnerships with traders, cooperatives & SMEs around Airforce Base Market.
Requirements
Experience:
4+ years in microfinance/banking, 2+ years in supervisory/managerial role; banking experience is an advantage.
