The New Zealand Country Sales Manager reports directly to the Managing Director Pacific based in Australia.
As a Country Sales Manager , you are responsible for leading and developing Hager’s business in the New Zealand market, driving sustainable growth, strengthening market share, and ensuring profitable performance while preparing the organisation for long-term success.
Your mission
- Define and execute the sales and market development strategy to grow the Hager brand in New Zealand
- Lead and coordinate all sales, marketing, and commercial activities to achieve short- and mid-term targets
- Develop and manage the annual sales and marketing business plan, including budget and performance monitoring
