Network Specialist
Job Description
A field engineer is required to support the following activities.
Required Materials
- PuTTY installed
- Microsoft Teams installed
- Two console cables from different vendors
- Two units
- Capacity not to exceed 16 GB
- Internet access for laptop connectivity (Recommend 2 from different carriers)
- Two CAT6 cables, 7 feet each
Scope of Activities
Field Technician Arrival
- The technician must arrive one hour prior to the scheduled start time.
- The site contact will escort the technician to the Network/MDF room.
Remote Access Setup (approximately 30 minutes)
- Join the Microsoft Teams call.
- Provide remote access to the HCL engineer using the technician’s laptop and mobile hotspot.
