This position involves managing file transfers, configuring protocols such as SFTP and FTPS, and handling P1 and P2 incidents. You'll work in high-availability environments, maintaining configurations and ensuring SLA adherence while providing timely updates to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Globalscape EFT/MFT environments and SFTP tools
• Configure file transfer protocols: SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTPS
• Handle P1 and P2 incidents, ensuring SLA compliance
• Monitor support tickets and provide permanent fixes
