- Act as the first point of contact for prospective tenants via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service.
- Qualify leads and assist in matching renters to available properties.
- Place signage and lockboxes on listed homes.
- Review upcoming move‑in dates and complete move‑in inspections.
- Coordinate key pickups with new tenants.
- Support overall leasing efforts to drive portfolio growth.
