Qualifications
- BA in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering or process improvement engineering or similar field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and flow control and power systems.
- Experience with Autocad.
- Experience in automotive industry (a plus).
- Continuous improvement and lean tool experience.
- Proficient with MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Lead the organization to better, faster, stronger by identifying, developing and implementing process improvements and standard work procedures in all areas of the facility.
- Perform and evaluate work measurement and workflow analysis for the establishment of standards and utilization of production facilities.
