Responsibilities

• Overall coordination of all planning applications.
• File management, coordination of referrals, drafting and presenting reports for committees and Council.
• Assign tasks, supervise professional, technical and clerical staff, and provide professional planning advice to Director, CAO, council, and committees.
• Maintain hands‑on involvement with file and application management while contributing to broader management functions.
