Job Description
MTY Food Group seeks a Contract Analyst in Montreal, QC, to optimize their Real Estate and Contract operations. Leverage your accounting skills to manage crucial rent activities and ensure smooth vendor communications.
As part of the Contract Division, you'll report to the Lead Analyst and support day-to-day operations. Your key responsibilities will include processing accounts payable and receivable transactions, reconciling rent statements, and preparing insightful sales reports for landlords. Your organizational skills are essential in managing relationships with franchisees and landlords.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate aging reports and update account comments
• Email monthly rent invoices to franchisees
• Maintain the Real Estate Accounting calendar
• Set up and verify customer accounts
