Moulding Engineering is focus to assure our equipment and production processes accomplish with safety, reliability, product quality and confidentiality LEGO requirements.Our key focus is to seek for excellence on moulding area through personnel development and the improvement of processes, as well as the implementation of new platforms, being self-sustainable and following our customers expectations.
**Core Responsibilities**- Ensure that machinery, equipment and production processes meets the reliability requirements of the company and product quality.
- Optimally manage department resources.
- Coordinate staff area manufacturing engineering, process engineering, project engineering and Training area.
- Support to Production and service areas.
- Built capabilities into the the Molding areas through formal trainings and Academies- Feedback and supervision and set individual and group goals.
