• Gatekeep Deal Flow : Act as the primary filter for all incoming mortgage deal submissions to protect executive timelines.
• Conduct Preliminary Reviews : Evaluate incoming credit applications, property valuations, and financial statements rapidly.
• Execute File Triaging : Perform initial blocking and tackling to assess deal viability before senior sign‑off.
• Package Risk Submissions : Synthesize complex file data into concise summaries for the Chief Financial Officer.
