Montreal Helpdesk Technician L3 Position
Job Description

This position is a fully onsite role that requires integration into a collaborative tech environment. With over 5 years of experience, you’ll handle Level 3 escalations, managing Microsoft 365 and endpoint support. Your troubleshooting skills will be tested as you assist with complex technical challenges and contribute to IT process improvements. Occasional travel to support remote locations is part of this role.

• Provide Level 3 support as the final escalation point
