Molding supervisor

About the role:

The Molding Supervisor is responsible for operations, maintenance, planning and efficiencies of operating all lines in the production departments in a Lean Manufacturing environment. The Molding Supervisor has a strong commitment to food and employee safety and ensures compliance for both. Ongoing, consistent application and monitoring of BRC, HACCP, GMP and Health and Safety programs and regulations. The Molding Supervisor ensures food and employee safety in their daily routine.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for embedding and maintaining a Safety First mindset and ensuring compliance with food safety standards, GMP practices, and employee safety requirements.
• Communicate daily production schedules, expectations, and requirements to the team, ensuring alignment and follow‑up on completion.
