Mold Shop Supervisor – Automotive Plastics Industry ?A leading Tier 1 automotive manufacturing company in Querétaro is looking for a highly experienced Tool Room Supervisor to join its plastics operation.We are searching for a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise in injection molds, tooling maintenance, and shop floor supervision within high-volume automotive environments.Key Requirements:✔ Experience supervising Tool Room / Mold Shop operations✔ Strong background in plastic injection molds maintenance & repair✔ Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for molds✔ Experience with hot runner systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mold adjustments✔ Familiarity with machining equipment (lathe, milling, grinding, etc.)✔ Ability to lead technicians and coordinate priorities in a fast-paced production environment✔ Automotive industry experience preferred (IATF environment)✔ Technical English is a plusMain Responsibilities:?
