As part of the Customer Experience team, you will handle high-volume inquiries while maintaining accurate documentation in the CRM system. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels
• Provide initial support for Internet, TV, and Phone
• Troubleshoot basic technical and service issues
• Document and update tickets in the CRM accurately

Requirements:
• Over 1 year of call center/customer support experience
• 1+ year of technical support experience preferred
