Mobilization Specialist, Activism & Engagement (Toronto)

UJA Federation of Greater Toronto, a leading Jewish non‑profit, is seeking a Mobilization Specialist, Activism & Engagement to support community mobilization, advocacy, and grassroots engagement efforts across the Greater Toronto Jewish community.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of community mobilization and engagement strategies across advocacy, activism, and public affairs initiatives.
• Recruit, engage, and support volunteers, activists, ambassadors, and community leaders participating in campaigns, trainings, events, and community actions.
• Help coordinate grassroots organizing efforts, leadership engagement opportunities, and rapid‑response mobilization activities.
