Under the direction of the Mental Health and Addictions Manager, the Mobile Wellness Team Lead provides leadership, coordination, and clinical oversight for the Mobile Wellness Team. This position supports the delivery of accessible, high-quality, and culturally grounded mobile mental health services to individuals living with serious mental illness across Manitoulin Island. Due to the specialized nature of this position, the Mobile Wellness Team Lead must have an in-depth understanding of treatment pathways for serious mental illness. The incumbent ensures wholistic, person‑centred care that integrates both traditional and western healing approaches, promotes collaboration among interdisciplinary team members, and fosters partnerships with community and health‑care organizations to enhance service access and continuity of care.
