Mobile Mortgage Specialist
As a Mobile Mortgage Specialist at Coast Capital, you’ll work with current and prospective members to help them in their pursuit of home ownership by providing expert mortgage advice. You’ll appreciate the freedom to set up your home office and engage with the community to build relationships and drive sales.
Accountabilities
- Establish and nurture ongoing relationships with prospective clients, providing customized mortgage consultation and ensuring a smooth application process through consistent follow‑ups.
- Stay abreast of industry regulatory changes, confirm mortgage applications meet underwriting standards, prepare records for audits, and educate clients on regulatory requirements.
