This position involves creating and maintaining 0-12 month mine plans aligned with operational targets. As a Mine Planning Engineer, you will collaborate with various teams, including Operations, Geology, and Geotechnical, to drive data-driven decisions. You'll also lead and mentor junior team members while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain short-term mine plans and schedules
• Prepare weekly/monthly forecasts and reconcile plans against actual performance
