Position Overview

Reporting to the Fixed Plant Supervisor, the successful candidates’ primary responsibilities will revolve around adhering to and promoting all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements. Duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on underground/surface fixed plant equipment, including hoist systems, pumps, compressors, piping systems, conveyors, and ventilation fans
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures to minimize downtime and optimize reliability
• Install, align, and repair shafts, belts, chains, motors, and drive systems to ensure proper functionality
• Assist with the installation, dismantling, and relocation of underground fixed plant infrastructure
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work orders, reporting, and equipment tracking
