Millwright Team Lead
Job Description
The Millwright Team Lead is a key member of the Maintenance Department, working under the direction of the Lift Maintenance Supervisor and working closely with the mechanical and electrical teams as well as the Maintenance Administrator.
The candidate shall exhibit knowledge and have experience of trade skills. The candidate will be responsible for leading varied programs such as seasonal lift shutdowns and the implementation of scheduled, seasonal maintenance programs. The Millwright Team Lead shall possess and demonstrate working knowledge of lift maintenance and ski hill operations. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment keeping safety of the staff and resort guests a priority.
Accountabilities
- Work with Lift Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Administrator to coordinate, execute and document all lift related maintenance
- Coordinate daily, weekly, and seasonal maintenance schedules with the team
