Mid-Funnel Support Operator (Medellín)

You’ll work alongside a leading commercial insurance technology company in the United States—a high-volume industry where speed and precision make all the difference.

What You’ll Do

• Client–Carrier Relay: You’ll receive information requests from underwriters, translate them into clear language for the client, collect what’s needed, and relay it back properly formatted. If a client hasn’t responded in 24 hours, you follow up. If the underwriter hasn’t responded in 48, same thing.
• Intake Support: You’ll complete applications for clients who need additional coverage or whose submissions require rework. Accuracy and speed go hand in hand here.
• Documentation & CRM Management: Everything you do gets logged. Documents, communications, notes, all recorded in the CRM after every action.
