As a Family Connections Worker, you will facilitate the cultural and familial connections of Metis children in care. Your responsibilities include gathering and assessing family histories, creating genograms, and partnering with social workers to implement effective cultural connection strategies. You will collaborate with community Elders, ensuring children are placed in environments that honor their Metis identity and traditions.
