Job Description
Purpose
To ensure the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of work methods and production standards, optimizing operational efficiency, quality, and safety through Lean Manufacturing tools and process analysis. Main Responsibilities Develop, update, and standardize work instructions, process sheets, and methods in AMPS and SWI systems, ensuring compliance with SIS standards and MQAS requirements.
Analyze and optimize processes through time and motion studies (MODAPTS), Lean tools, and waste analysis (Muri, Mura, Muda).
Define line speeds and balance operations to maximize efficiency.
Lead line balancing and process changes resulting from productivity improvements, engineering changes, volume/mix changes, bottlenecks, quality or safety issues.
Coordinate and optimize personnel allocation according to operational demand.
