RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing and refining the company’s M&A strategy in line with their overall business goals, identifying potential acquisition targets or merger partners that will deliver value and competitive advantageManaging all stages of the M&A process, from initial screening of potential targets to transaction closing and post-merger integrationFacilitating communication between all stakeholders, target company leaders, and external advisors, ensuring alignment and addressing any concerns during the M&A processLeading the preparation of reports on the progress of ongoing M&A activitiesCoordinating with the Finance and Legal teams to execute M&A transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and th...
