Job Description
Explore new customers and expand business opportunities with existing customers.Secure orders based on sales budget and factory capacity planning.Conduct price quotation & negotiation with customers.Lead, supervise and guide a team of sale and merchandisers to maintain and build up good rapport with customers.Co-ordinate closely with Product Development and Procurement team in sourcing for the right fabric mills or trim and accessories suppliers.Serve as a problem solver by bridge good relationship between buyers and production factories.Work very closely with merchandising team on samples development & management, orders follow up, product quality and delivery arrangement.Verify on all buyers and suppliers related claims.
