As an MEP Operations Lead within the Building and Operations team at Pomerleau Construction, you play a key role in coordinating mechanical and electrical activities across large-scale building and infrastructure projects – ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion. Your expertise ensures smooth execution and compliance, while supporting project teams with technical leadership and proactive problem‑solving.
What you will do
Provide strategic support to project teams by planning and coordinating all on‑site mechanical and electrical activities, ensuring compliance with specifications, requirements, and codes.
Apply proactive problem‑solving skills to coordinate drawings and technical information, eliminating interference issues.
Maintain organization of schedule requirements and priorities, mechanical and electrical RFIs, shop drawings, contracts, and project completion documents....
