Mental Health Counselor - Community Outreach

Enhance community mental health initiatives as a Community Outreach Mental Health Counselor. Engage with clients by providing intake, assessment, and tailored interventions for mental health concerns.
This role offers a temporary full-time position within a multidisciplinary care environment. You'll assess client needs, facilitate treatment, and work collaboratively with families and caregivers. Regular travel between various sites is mandated to ensure effective service delivery and client support.
