Mental Health Clinician Leader at Island Health

Lead and support mental health initiatives at Ryan Hill Apartments Residential Facility in Courtenay, BC. This full-time role focuses on clinical consultation and staff supervision within the health care team.
In this regular full-time position, you will report to the Program Manager and oversee the implementation and evaluation of mental health programs in line with Island Health's mission. With at least three years of experience, you will provide valuable assessments, develop educational resources, and supervise nursing and clinical staff. Your expertise will enhance patient care and support across multiple sites as required by the facility.
