About the Role
The role works closely with healthcare staff to support effective communication and contributes to smooth clinic operations by assisting with administrative duties and undertaking tasks as assigned by the Clinic Manager.Responsibilities:Generate and consolidate concise summaries of medical reports using established templates and doctors’ comments
Ensure all reports are accurate, clear, and complaint with clinic standards and in a timely manner
Work closely with healthcare staff to facilitate seamless communication
Assist in other administrative tasks as required to support clinic operations if required
Perform other tasks assigned by the Clinic Manager
Requirements:
F.5/ DSE or above
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, fast and accurate English and Chinese typing with care
