The Medical Laboratory Technologist C (MLT‑C) is responsible (in collaboration with key partnerships) for the assessment, implementation, planning, evaluation, and supportive application of existing and new clinical knowledge and the translation of knowledge to practice. The prime focus of the MLT‑C is to coordinate, support, maintain and deliver competency training (with a focus in Hematology) based on laboratory SOPs and policies in partnership with curriculum leads (Departments/Divisions of Faculty of Medicine, other Clinical Educators) via classroom, procedural skill/task training, simulation learning, clinical learning, and/or online learning strategies, while advancing practice.
