Mechanical Planner

Overview

Purpose: This Position is responsible for accurately estimating the cost of Mechanical projects, work schedules and providing detailed proposals to clients. Your attention to detail and ability to analyze project requirements will be crucial in ensuring the success of our projects.

Primary Functions: In general, but not limited to:

• Estimate work orders for material, workforce, tools, and equipment requirements
• Analyze project costs, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor quotes
• Acquire the Parts needed for preventative and corrective maintenance work orders
• Creates Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Repair job plans
• Revise Preventative Maintenance and Corrective Repair job plans based on feedback during execution
• Prepare detailed proposals and bid packages for submission to clients
• Lead the Planning and Scheduling Weekly meeting
