As a Mechanical Performance Specialist, you’ll monitor locomotive performance metrics and generate automated reports. Your analysis will support decision-making and identify opportunities for enhancing maintenance efficiency. Collaborate with Mechanical and IS teams to optimize data quality and present findings to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce and automate performance scorecards and dashboards
• Analyze reliability, defects, and maintenance performance
• Identify trends and recommend corrective actions
• Extract and validate maintenance data from SAP
• Lead performance review discussions with stakeholders
Requirements:
• High school diploma, STEM degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
