Mechanical Engineering Intern

Quintrans is building next-generation electromechanical and electromagnetic linear motion systems for robotics, industrial automation, logistics, and high-performance engineering applications.

We are developing proprietary actuator architectures, precision motion systems, and scalable hardware platforms designed and engineered in India for global markets.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical systems for linear actuators and motor-integrated assemblies
• Perform tolerance stack-up analysis and fit validation
• Select bearings, screws, couplings, and structural components
• Develop detailed 3D CAD models and production drawings
• Support prototype builds and performance testing
• Conduct basic FEA and structural validation
• Work closely with manufacturing for DFM/DFA optimization
• Participate in root cause analysis and product improvement
