Mechanical Engineer III
Job Description
Our Client, an Internet Content and Information company, is looking for a Mechanical Engineer III for their Redmond, WA location. Responsibilities:
+ Drive rapid-prototyping efforts that will deliver multiple iterations of concepts in a short period of time.
+ Drive end-to-end discussions on system assembly process down-selection, prototyping, equipment & tooling needs for high precision assembly meeting mechanical, optical and reliability requirements.
+ Work closely with external equipment manufacturers, part suppliers, integrators to support technology deployment and development.
+ Support process validation studies and proof-of-concept builds.
+ Contribute to FMEA, failure analysis, tolerance analysis, gauge R&R, and the GD&T activities supporting product and prototyping development.
Requirements:
+ Preferred qualifications
+ Experience using NX and/or SolidWorks preferred.
+ MS, PhD ...
